Biomes:
A biome is a specific environment that's home to living things suited for that place and climate. We can find different biomes around the world: Cold desert, hot desert, Mediterranean forest, Rainforest, Savannah, Taiga and Oceanic forest.
Ecosystems
An ecosystem is a community which includes all of the living things (plants, animals and organisms) in a given area, interacting with each other, and also with their non-living environments (weather, earth, sun, soil, climate, atmosphere) We can also call them BIOTIC and ABIOTIC factors.

Levels of organisation:
All individuals of the same species in an ecosystem form a population and all the different populations form a community. The community of living things and the abiotic factors form an ecosystem. Similar and close ecosystems form the different biomes. All the biomes together form the Biosphere.

Ecological imbalance.
Ecological balance is a term describing how ecosystems are organized in a state of stability where species coexist and interact with other species and with their environment.
Even if an ecosystem is balanced, that doesn't mean that no changes ever occur. A windstorm might roll through wiping out a swath of trees, a predator might be overhunted, or a drought might reduce the availability of food resources. These ecological changes are called disturbances. A disturbance is any change that causes a disruption in the balance of an ecosystem.
Ecological imbalance is when a natural or human-caused disturbance disrupts the natural balance of an ecosystem.
